Second DigiCell public workshop

“Battery cell testing, modelling and material characterisation”

The European project DigiCell aims to improve battery production by leveraging advanced testing, modelling and machine learning techniques. We are excited to announce the second public workshop in a series of events scheduled throughout the DigiCell project duration. The second workshop will focus on battery cell modelling and materials characterisation methods.

The event will feature the following key presentations:

Invited opening lecture from Prof. Wolfgang Schoefberger, Johannes Kepler University (JKU) Linz on “CO2 capture technologies and Zn-air batteries”
An overview of the DigiCell EU project by the coordinators
Technical talks:
- Battery module characterisation and test ontology (Keysight)
- Battery cell characterisation and nanoscale materials characterization (JKU)
- Decomposition products from battery electrolytes (Austrian Institute of Technology)
